Buttery Breadcrumbs

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups panko breadcrumbs
  • 6 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 1 teaspoon fine sea salt

Instructions

  • Melt butter in saucepan with parsley and salt. Stir in panko breadcrumbs until evenly coated.
    Let cool. Store in freezer bag and keep refrigerated. Breadcrumbs will stay good for up to six months.
    Use buttery breadcrumbs to top Macaroni & Cheese Cups, casseroles, baked chicken & fish.
