garlic

fresh lemon juice
1 lemon = about 4 T juice

Instructions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Spread cauliflower florets in roasting pan.
In separate bowl or measuring cup, mix remaining ingredients. Drizzle on cauliflower; stir to coat evenly.
Bake 20 minutes. Stir. Bake another 20 minutes or until cauliflower begins to brown.
Serve warm. Enjoy!
